The NSW State Government selected Winten as the successful tenderer for the new $170m NSW Police Centre in Little and Charles Street, Parramatta.
The Police Centre comprises 33,500 m2 of purpose built space to meet the specific needs of NSW Police and stringent Government requirements. Winten amalgamated 10 smaller properties to facilitate the site and provided a comprehensive tender package solution in terms of design and cost to the State Government.
